Ironman Roller Slides AG Ironman Roller Slides feature equally spaced cylindrical bearings rolling on four diagonally opposed, partially flatted steel rods. The rollers, alternately placed and rotated 90 degrees, are pre-loaded against the flats. Compared to ball slides, roller slides are able to carry increased loads and can withstand higher cycling rates.
